FC UNITED v WHITBY TOWN - Match Arrangements

On Tuesday 10th September KO 7:45pm, FC United welcome Whitby Town to Broadhurst Park in the Northern Premier League - Admission is pay on the gate £12 Adults, £7 Concessions, £3 u/18s.

MATCHDAY PROGRAMME

Programme cost is £2 and teamsheets cost 50p (or a minimum donation). Both are available from inside the ground at the SMRE turnstiles.

ENTRY TO THE GROUND

Turnstiles open at 6.30pm.

Between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, fans wishing to access the Main Stand function room bar can gain admission via Main Reception on production of your season/match ticket or by cash payment of the match admission price.

Please note that the North and West stands are not open for this fixture.

RESERVED SEATING IN THE MAIN STAND

Supporters will be able to reserve seats in one block of the Main Stand on a first come first served basis, by calling the FC United office 24 hours before kick-off on 0161 769 2005. A maximum of 4 seats can be reserved per person. Those who have reserved seating need to collect a wristband from the FC United office accessible through the main reception on the day of the match. These wristbands will only be available until the kick off time of the match.

BARS AND FOOD

Alcoholic drinks are permitted to be consumed in view of the pitch and therefore served in plastic glasses.

There will be three bars open throughout the ground.

The Main Function room will be open from 5.30pm-10pm serving hot food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The SMRE bar will be open from 6.30pm-8.45pm serving hot food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Cask Ale is available at the SMRE bar and for tonight’s fixture is serving a pint from the Hyde-based Tweed brewery.

Behind the main stand paddock, the Kazbar serves hot food and non-alcoholic beverages and will open from 6.30pm to 9pm.

The Chippy, located in the corner of the North Stand and SMRE terrace serves hot food and non-alcoholic beverages.


MATCH DAY DINING

Situated in the far third of the Main Stand function room, the meal will be served at 6.30pm.

Match admission, seating or terracing
Complimentary match day programme and team sheets
Complimentary parking pass (1 for every 4 guests)
Welcome drink and 3 course meal
Cash bar

CLUB SHOP

The Club Shop located at front of the ground to the right of the Main Reception will be open from 6pm-7.45pm and for 15-20 minutes after the final whistle.

There is no entry to the shop at half-time, however there may be a Merchandise stall inside the ground between the corner of the SMRE and Main stand with a few items for sale during the game.

TRAVELLING TO BROADHURST PARK

We advise that all supporters read the travel information and make a note of where traffic marshals will ask you to refrain from parking.

BUSES - TO AND FROM THE GROUND

Unfortunately Free Shuttle Buses will not run for this fixture.

Supporters can take the 181/182 First Bus service from Lever Street in Manchester city centre, alighting outside the ground on St. Mary’s Road.

CAR PARKING

We would urge supporters to use the car parks we have available for a charge of £5 at the ground, and for £3 at the nearby St Matthew’s School, only 3 minutes’ walk from the ground.

We are under a duty to ensure areas such as St Mary’s Road and the north of Nuthurst Road are not used by visitors to Broadhurst Park.

Supporters should be mindful that there is no parking on:

St Mary’s Road and the streets off St Mary’s Road; including Teddington Road, Merridale Road, Worthington Street and Tymm Street.
Nuthurst Road;
the West side of Moston Lane and the streets off it.
