Gainsborough Trinity 3rd December

Post by richard kane »

Good Afternoon

I am the Chairman at Gainsborough Trinity FC and look forward to welcoming you on Saturday 3rd December .

I thought it might be worth mention a few facts regarding Gainsborough Trinity FC

Our Ground is the oldest single playing ground in the world having only ever playing Football here since 1873

When Newton Heath, changed to Manchester United FC in 1902 the first every game played was against Gainsborough at our ground which we still occupy today.

We will not be segregating the game as we appreciate like us you are Football Fans first, although we will have a separate turnstyle open for Away fans which we encourage you to use to aid with congestion.

Prices are as follows
£12
Adult
£8
Concessions 65+/Students
£4
Children u16
FREE
Pre-School

Best Regards
Richard Kane

We have played you 3 times in the past twice last season in this league but the one I remember best is the FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round tie at Gigg Lane 2010 during our glorious run to the 2nd round proper.

I won't be there Saturday, so I thought I'd just post this snippet of our history on here for the JCLs :D
