"We... regret to inform supporters that we have been found to be in breach of rule 23.01 of the Frank Hannah Manchester FA Premier Cup competition rules and we have received confirmation from the Manchester FA that we will be expelled from this year's competition. We accept the decision and will not be appealing.
At this time the club would like to apologise to our supporters and players. As the formal process is ongoing there will be no further comment until its conclusion.”
